Buy or sell used and new textbooks, find official St. Clair County Community College gear, and purchase software and gifts - all online. Please
be aware when placing textbook orders from our website:
All
textbook orders are filled from the on-campus bookstore. Your credit card
will not be charged until we pull the books and process your order. A new
book may be substituted for a used book, if no used books are available at
the time of processing. If there is a price change on a book you ordered,
you will be charged accordingly. The invoice that accompanies your textbooks
will reflect any price changes. It will take a minimum of one business
day to pull books and either ship or bag them for in-store pick-up.
We will then mark your order as shipped on the website. If you are
picking up your order from the bookstore, please provide your order number
upon request.
Gift cards are now available in the bookstore for any denomination. Stop by
the store or e-mail us for more information on how to purchase a great gift
card!
A new book maybe substituted for a used book, if no
used books are available at the time of processing. If there is a price
change on the book you ordered, you will be charged accordingly. The invoice
that accompanies your textbooks will reflect any price changes
Notice: If using SC4 financial aid as payment for books
Beginning May 10,
log on to your
SC4 WAVE account. On the college credit menu page, click on
"Use FA
to Purchase Books & Supplies" and follow the instructions.
After you have completed the process on the WAVE, follow the link to the SC4
Bookstore to place your order for textbooks. Your order placed on the
bookstore Web site
is not valid until the bookstore has received electronic notification from
the WAVE that you have authorized the bookstore to access
your financial aid account. The financial aid accounts at the bookstore are
not funded until May 10, 2010. You will be able to pick up your order in the
bookstore beginning May 11.
As with
any Web order, if you choose the "Prefer Used Option" for your textbooks and
there are no used books available at the time we process your order, a new
book will be substituted. Your invoice will reflect the amount actually
charged to your financial aid account.
